our mission is…
to help other women succeed. That’s all we want, plain and simple. We want to help build a community of confident, knowledgeable, successful people who rule their industry.
We recognised a significant gap in the construction industry: a lack of job opportunities for women. And we realised there was a need for a pathway to encourage women to consider working in construction. This realisation further highlighted the lack of adequate support available for women entering the workforce and the ongoing assistance required thereafter.
And that’s how Women of Trades + Industry was founded. We are backed by successful people who want to share their knowledge and skill to help you find your potential.
We will share this know-how through personal development courses, skills courses, on-the-job-training, goal setting and focused employability sessions. This is your chance to find your people and create a secure life that gives you opportunities.
