Creating yourself at various stages of life is not new, it is just hard to do on your own. The short course, “Creating U”, is not about building self-esteem, which lasts for a short time, or just writing goals for the sake of writing goals, it is about realistically creating the best version of yourself for now and beyond. It is about giving you skills and tools that you can use to meet the ongoing challenges life can send you.
Together we will explore where you are now, discover where you want to be and create a plan to get there. The time we spend together is your own private creation of your best self. There is no right or wrong, no pass or fail, the only criteria are you being true to yourself and honest with your reflections. By sharing your learning journey in a small group you realise you are not on your own and have support from like-minded people and learn and share with one another.

This course will look at different methods of budgeting and making the most out of your money. Simple techniques to help you set and achieve finance goals.
We will teach you basic money, management techniques, simple ways to save on everyday costs, develop your own budget and set finance goals. Walk out of the course with actionable items and resources you can use to start financing your goals.
